I'm not sure if this is a seal or a small sea lion. The picture was taken in José Ignacio, Uruguay. I think it was about 1 meter big.

Thanks a lot peope, I didn't know you could tell them apart by the foreflippers and the pinnae. I'll update the spotting to reflect this.
