Short and slender Bark gray and smooth when young, turns scaly as it ages Leafs have opposite arrangement and are oval-shaped; also have curved veins Flowers in small clusters and surrounded by 4 white petals Fruits are oval, red drupes in clusters of 3-5 Slender branches curve out and upward

Small woodland
