Coral Snake

To many to choose from

Notes:

Was obviously enjoying the warm road. When backtracking my walk it somehow had managed to survive and moved on.

Hi Richard. I was wondering if you would update the scientific name of your snake. There are only 3 banded snakes with those colors, the Eastern Coral Snake, the scarlet snake and the scarlet kingsnake. Because of the pattern of the colors it can be identified as an Eastern Coral Snake (Micrurus fulvius). Just today I started a mission for Coral Snakes of the World. I would be honored if you posted this snake to that mission. It is a really clear example. https://www.projectnoah.org/missions/240...
