Eastern Grey Squirrel

Sciurus carolinensis

Description:

Eastern Grey Squirrel

Habitat:

Trees in residental area.

Notes:

This Squirrel is a constant visitor to my yard this spring. It inhabits the large white oak and maple trees at the edge of my property. I have seen it on the back porch drinking from my dog's water bowl. I find the grey strip around it's head very interesting.
