Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.

Hi Francis Floe, I'm not sure. When I last observed, it was lying, in the middle of the path, shivering it's wings (usually this happens before butterflies/moths take flight, especially in cold weather, as a muscle warm up exercise). I didn't know what happened to it and how it's wings were reversed. I shifted it carefully to a lonely place. After few hours, it was not there. I thought it flew away.

It looks male as abdomen is slender. Females have Plumpy abdomen in the referred link.
