Mike is right - this is very not a western banded gecko, but a non-native mediterranean gecko that is pretty common throughout urban Phoenix.

Actually that's a Mediterranean gecko. A very common introduced species

Additional note to my ID suggestion: there are 8 subspecies of the Western Banded Gecko. This one is the Desert subspecies (C.v. variegatus).

Nice spotting! The extra photos from different angles definitely help out with the identifying process.
