Eastern 'Pale-headed' Rosella

Platycercus race palliceps

Description:

A beautifully coloured Australian native bird. It differs from the Eastern Rosella with it's pale yellow head.

Habitat:

These visit my back garden sporadically, always in pairs. They're quite shy so I was thrilled to finally get these shots.
