Attractive perennial. Leaves 6.9, narrow and green with a pale central stripe; in basal tufts. Flowers star-shaped, white and 30-40mm across; borne in open spikes, March-May.

Habitat:

Rocky, sometimes disturbed, ground. Widespread across region.
