The snake disabled one bird then ate this one.The disabled bird fell out of the cedar tree.My cats stalked it until my husband could figure out what to do.Wild Kingdom happening right here on the coast of NC!

I'm not sure about bird or snake species.I have NO idea if it's exotic.If it is, it surely has escaped from somewhere other than my home.

I take that back. Perhaps a Yellow rat snake (Elaphe obsoleta quadrivittata).

That's a good-sized snake. What is the bird species? Is the snake an exotic?
