Description:

about wings about 4 feet out stretched tan under wings and belly dark brown back side reddish orange tail

Habitat:

deserts, grasslands, coniferous and deciduous forests, tropical rainforests, agricultural fields and urban areas

Notes:

I see these hawks all the time along highways. It is one of my favorite animals. They seem to be especially active this time of year.
