Oecomys sp
This small brown and gray rodent was visualized in the trunk of a tree in an "igapó". It measures about 15cm with the tail, and has the leased ear.
Amazon forest.
There are 17 species of Oecomys. We were aboard a small boat sailing in the flooding areas of a tributary of the Amazon River.
