Euphagus cyanocephalus
Very common in Fishermans' Wharf in SF bay. The black with yellow eyes bird is the male and the brown with black eyes is the female (next spotting). I guess juveniles are also brown as shown in the picture of one ault sitting next to what it seems to be a youngster. Also found in flocks with similar behavior as the starlings.
