Description:

Small bright yellow warbler seen in wooded margin on lake's edge. Common migrant and resident

Habitat:

Yellow Warblers breed in shrubby thickets and woods, particularly along watercourses and in wetlands. Common trees include willows, alders, and cottonwoods across North America and up to about 9,000 feet in the West.

Seen on South shore of Corning Lake, west of observation blind, The Holden Arboretum, Lake County, Kirtland, OH
