Fall Webworm Moth

Hyphantria cunea

Description:

Thanks for helping me identify this Fall Webworm Moth. My son has taken to them and we are now rearing six in his critter cave. They are getting quite large! We will release them when they become moths.

Habitat:

Virginia creeper hanging vine. They are falling all over the place and coming into my house.

Nice find! These caterpillars live in groups until the are older and then they spread out.
