Long, flat, slender leaves off a tapering stalk.
I have garlic that my grandmother gave me years ago that looks like this. When the leaves turn brown you can dig up the root and see if you have garlic cloves! Not sure which garlic it is but it appears to be similar to what I call a vintage garlic- I was never told the name of it but it has been passed down a few generations in my family. Good Luck!
