Found attached to a park bench.
Since spotting one of these for the first time about a month ago I am now seeing them everywhere! Still don't know what lived inside it.

Nice Rachael. Notice it's left the caterpillar skin behind (top).Several moths make loosely spun pupal cases like this http://www.floridanaturepictures.com/but... but I don't know which your is.
What an interesting structure. I hope someone knows who lives there.
