Found attached to a park bench.

Notes:

Since spotting one of these for the first time about a month ago I am now seeing them everywhere! Still don't know what lived inside it.

Nice Rachael. Notice it's left the caterpillar skin behind (top).
Several moths make loosely spun pupal cases like this http://www.floridanaturepictures.com/but...
but I don't know which your is.
