Euglossine bee

Tribe Euglossini

Description:

Its a bit different to the other euglossini I spoted, the tibia of the hind leg is not so wide, and it forms a spoon like cavity on the corbicule for carrying pollen. Look at the pointy end of the abdomen. Compare the legs of both samples on one of the pictures. Pictures look blue but it was more greenish.

Habitat:

This was dead on my terrace, but i have seen them visiting flowers of Cordia dodecandra and once trying to nest on my moms closet.

Notes:

I do not know if this is othe species or the female of the same one I found earlier; I am uploading a photo comparing the rear legs.
