Calligrapha fulvipes
I spotted one of this beauties before (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/102...) but the pattern on the elytra of this one is more amazing than the other (to me). Apparently this beetles are like zebras, every specimen has his own pattern and the individuals can be differenced because of that

Ashis you were right the ID is wrong, but is not one you gave me (Zygogramma violaceomaculata) ... It is C. fulvipes
Ignacio verify specie of your area than you marked here is of North American.
