Description:

Photo take at night at home by a backyard light small butterfly ??? very rare i don´t think this is a moth about 4 cm wingspan some blue color on top wings and white spots. Wings are dark brown. Upperside of forewing has a blue sheen at the base and reflective white spots. Underside of hindwing has reddish-brown areas.

Habitat:

Tidal scrub, From Argentina north through central America to Mexico and the West Indies.
