Jumping Spider

Description:

This is a very large male Maripanthus sp. jumping spider with a length of 12mm, which is far larger compared to the average jumping spider which is only 7mm. It is mainly golden orange in color with some black and reddish area. It's whole body is covered in white hairs.

Habitat:

Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary, Sandakan, Sabah.
