short-toed treecreeper; agateador común

Certhia brachydactyla

Description:

En català raspinell comú o pica-soques

Notes:

I found this treecreeper in my garden. It probably fell down a tree since it could barely fly. I decided to put the young bird inside a box and gave it some water through a syringe. A few minutes later it was already able to fly (it left the box forever!!)

Me alegro de que la historia tenga un final feliz :)
Los agateadores son muy escurridizos por aquí, que bien poder verlo con detalle.
