Description:

18-46 in tall, pinnae long and thin, smooth margin. Stipe slightly scaly, especially near base.

Habitat:

Rich, moist woods, glades, and hillsides with more pH neutral soils.

Notes:

Found in abundance in the northern arm of the Valley Trail at Baltimore Woods Nature Center in Marcellus, NY. Especially down by the creek in the flat bottom land.
