Description:

Slender lizard with a white lip, pointed snout, and long tail. Can change color from browns to bright green.

Habitat:

Typically arboreal

Notes:

This is the native anole, also called the green anole. It is under threat by the invasive, and now more common, brown anole (Anolis sagrei).
