I would have to say judging on this single image that the horse shown is a Morab. A breed created by crossing Morgan and Arabian horses. I say this because the head looks like "classic" or "foundation type" Morgan and the back is short with a high-set tail a result of the missing vertebrae found in Arabian horses. Hope this helps :)
