Unknown Leafbeetle

Description:

This little beetle was about 5 mm long with bronze-gold thorax and elytra. The body was smooth and elytra showed faint thin brown lines (pic 2). Tarsi had white margined pads and a claw (pic 3).
Antennae were long and held straight out on either side.

Habitat:

Spotted on a eucalyptus tree.

Notes:

I am sorry for the dreadful pictures. I had a difficult time holding on to the leaf and getting a shot without disturbing the beetle or losing it. I hope to see it again for some better photos.
