Caribbean Chestnut Moray Eel

Description:

Photo take at -20 ft near the coast this a very rare Moray Eel to find about 30 cm long brown camouflage color and rust red color on the head and mouth.Their length is up to 34 cm, or just over one foot, making them the smallest member of their genus and among the smaller morays.

Habitat:

Found on coral reefs on shallow waters and rocky bottoms. Found from Florida all the Caribbean sea , the Gulf of Mexico to Brazil.

I had one swim right between my legs in Jamaica... and it was then I discovered man can actually walk on water when properly motivated.
