The gills were big and pinkish. The whole mushroom body was quite delicate. The cap of the one that's leaning just totally fell apart when I handled it to look at its underside. Totally crumbled apart like cake (next photo). But the pinkish broad gills were quite distinctive.

This musta came up fast. I check this spot every few days and didn't see anything last week. My total guess is the Early Spring Entoloma, Entoloma vernum??
