No, look at the spotswhite stripes at the margin of the forewing: In Neglecta there are 2 stripe which are almost of the same size, whereas in Clymena there are 2 stripes with a different size. The one at the apical area is much more slim.

They all look very similar, but Diaethria neglecta is usually found only from Panama to Colombia/Bolivia.

Callicore pitheas is called the Two-eyed 88, although it is definitely not an 88:
