Anastomus oscitans
Asian openbill is a smaller stork at about 60cm height. this one is a sub adult. The name is derived from the distinctive gap formed between the re-curved lower and arched upper mandible of the beak in adult birds. In younger birds this gap is less. Mainly hunts molluscs where it's curved beak becomes handy to get the flesh out from the shell.
Spotted in a marsh near my home.
