Frog

Description:

Looks similar to Iberian Water Frog but has no yellow line on back from nose to tail.
Of course frogs have tails when they are young tadpoles but they drop them at the final stage of changing to a frog and just leave a stump.

Habitat:

Canal between industrial estate and agricultural fields.
