There were lots of turtles sunning together and alone on the bank across from the boardwalk.
City maintained retention pond.
Thanks; they were pretty far away and I did not get a great photo. Most likely they were the red eared, since there are many in this pond.
The smallest one in the 1st photo looks like a red-eared slider (Trachemys scripta elegans). Not sure on the others.
