Harpaphe haydeniana
@Wilson, Please see my comment from 3 weeks ago regarding Harpaphe haydeniana.
This is a millipede and there are a number of "yellow-spotted" species, including species which superficially look very similar but are in fact, unrelated. Many yellow-spotted specimens from India have been identified as Harpaphe haydeniana which is native to northwest North America! Now it is possible that there are some exotic examples, but I would caution against calling your species Harpaphe haydeniana unless it has been positively identified by an authority. A possibility is Anoplodesmus sp which is native to and/or widespread in to south/southeast Asia... http://eol.org/pages/15456/overview
