Sand Lizard/Bubuli (local name)

I've seen a couple of Flickr type sites call Bubuli, Lygosoma smaragdinum. I've also seen Lygosoma smaragdinum listed as a synonym of Lamprolepis smaragdina which is the green tree skink. I am not confident of Lygosoma smaragdinum for your skink because I can't find a good authoritative reference on it and I also don't think yours is a green tree skink...
