Description:

This mushroom has a smooth cap with a slightly glossy appearance. It has no discernible odor and is saprophytic. Perhaps an inch tall with a spindly, fibrous stalk.

Habitat:

Found in moderate shade on a rotten log in an old growth forest in Mount Rainier National Park's Grove of the Patriarchs.
