I am pretty sure yours is a Crabronidae, Bembicinae and probably a Bembicini (?), Sand Wasp. I found the same one in Indonesia, but no ID, besides a genus which might not be correct. Bicyrtes is an US species. Common species of Sand Wasps are Bembix with Bembix occulata as a very close match. The one in the link is from Israel, so probably not found in Thailand:

This is the perfect match, but no ID!

I guess that it is important to check/compare carefully the details in colors and marking in this spotting. So, maybe you can do something with Bembicinae and Sand Wasp.

3 days IDing without cleaning the browser is not always a good idea. I had a crash and lost a lot of links. Now I am working and have not the time for an intense search and I think you would need an intense search for that one.

Thank you Seema for your imput. But I'm not convinced these "wasps" are
Vespinae.I've added two photos of the proboscis.
