Common Signal Fly

Description:

A signal fly, about 10mm in length. A very common species in the disturbed parts of the forests in Sabah. Usually feeds on rotten fruits. I believe this is a Scholastes sp.

Habitat:

Uncle Tan Bed&Breakfast, Sepilok road, Sandakan, Sabah.
