Hylaeus sp.
A very small bee, about 10 mm long with a black head, thorax , abdomen and antennae. The legs were a bright yellow. A thin yellow line bordered the anterior part of the thorax. The scape were yellow. The frons (face) was a pale creamy yellow.
Spotted on Tea-tree at a reservoir park.

Colletid bees carry pollen in their crop and not on the outside like others. The larvae feed on liquid pollen.
