Prairie Fleabane

Erigeron Strigosus

Description:

Found these tiny little flowers on the Flint Hills Nature Trail. Then spotted an even tinier black and red, six legged insect on one of the flowers - so tiny - a flower no more than one half inch in diameter, and the bug about an eighth of an inch wide at best. Anybody know what kind of insect this is?
