Xanthoparmelia sp.
Foliose lichen, maybe X. conspersa. The thallus is foliose, green-grey or distinctly yellow-grey. It is smooth and somewhat glossy, with usually numerous peg-like isidia on the older lobe surfaces, lower surface black; It generally has frequent, conspicuous, to 1cm in diameter red-brown apotecia with pale, often undulate, crenulate margins but this pics were taken after very heavy raining. In any case Xanthoparmelia group is very variable.
