Gomphrena globosa
Stiffly branching plant about 2 ft. tall, with narrow, oval leaves. In summer and fall they are covered with rounded, papery, cloverlike heads that elongate as they grow.
Fairly dry area in full sun.
Considered an everlasting because the flowers hold their color when dried.
