Mud Wasp

Abispa sp.

Description:

i spotted this type of orange wasp in this park many times. however this is the first time i could put it in frame. as they are big and fast flying and never stop. i could never able to have a good shot. i guess this one is ok ^^ btw, it about 40-45mm long. anyone know it's ID?
