yeah, i'm also pretty sure the wings looks a lot like the tiger moth from your URL !
i couldn't manage to get the shot from various angle, it ran away when i try to get closer :p

t looks like a Tiger Moth of some sort with mimicking coloration to make it look like a wasp. Very pretty.

It looks a lot like Caeneressa diaphana:

See if you agree. I can't see the wings in your photo but I am pretty sure this is a Tiger Moth. Hopefully, this will help you with an ID.
