Hi Kenneth! Welcome to Project Noah! You have a caterpillar ("bird-dropping caterpillar"!) of a swallowtail butterfly, probably a Papilio sp.. Unfortunately there are many different ones around on the Philippines and fortunately we have a specialist for these early stages of caterpillars/butterflies. He actually calls himself Earlystages!! I hope he will look at this one and he will certainly have an ID for you.
