Polyphemus Moth

Antheraea polyphemus

Description:

Large moth or butterfly.

Notes:

This one was photographed after it died on our driveway. We noticed it a few days earlier alive near the porch light. It kept it's wings up when it rested like a butterfly does but is slightly furry like a moth.
