A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Turdus pilaris
A member of the thrush family that is incredibly noisy and incredibly common in Norway. Recognised by its speckled breast and flanks, grey/brown wings and grey head.
Woodlands, urban habitats.
This bird was photographed in the Botanical Gardens in Oslo and clearly used to humans as it let me get quite close.
