Anthia cf. thoracica
Unfortunately this is a dead specimen, but there were lots running around the place.
Carabidae, Anthia sp. and most probably Anthia thoracica.

If you check the other 3 Anthia species from RSA you might fix Anthia thoracica as definite ID, in the meanwhile I am pretty sure it is indeed Anthia thoracica, but cannot correct my suggestion on my iPad. The other ones are indicated in a link above.
