Description:

I believe it is a screeching owl but not sure someone must have hit it, it was on the side of the road I took it to a bird rescue. It has the little horn feathers barn owls don't have that. It was about 5-6 inches tall very small

It took three days but they re-cooped him called me to ask me where I found him and released him
