The flowers on this herb have thrown me off! What have I got here? Leaves smell similar to a marigold.

Thank-you. I find it smells like a marigold or daisy. Not partiularly pleasant.
Feverfew has 'citrus-scented leaves' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feverfew so check that. But I also think it looks like feverfew because of the beautifully symmetrically lobed and divided leaves. Chamomile's leaves show much more slender leaflets.
