I am not sure that this is a Psilcybe sp. because as I can see from the picture, this mushroom grows directly on dung. The mushrooms in the genus Psilocybe don't grow directly on dung, they usually grow on dead wood chips or dead grass. This might be a Panaeolus sp. or another coprophilous fungi.
