Spotting

Description:

9 1/2 inches in length. Found at high tide line approximately 3 feet from dune. Large animal tracks found nearby. Two additional bones laying next to broad portion were attached with a tendon. Those bones resembled chicken thigh bones.

This is a pelvis and part of the spinal column. It's probably a Cormorant, pelican, duck etc. according to location and size.

Thank you Scott. I'm new to the site and when posted I didn't have ANY idea of what I had found. lol Thank you for moving it to the correct category. In the future I'll know to do that. Thanks again.
